Description of production line
1. This production line is composed of two unloading machines + 2 single-end edge banding machines + 2 steering machines.
2. This production line can complete four edge sealings of the board (two passes). The first loading is completed by 2 edge banding machines to complete the edge sealing on both sides: the unloaded material stack returns to the loading machine through the ground roller line and is reloaded. , and then turn 90 degrees through the steering gear to enter the edge banding machine to perform edge banding work on the other two sides..
3. This production line is flexible to use and simple to operate. By coordinating with the roller line on the same ground, it is possible to achieve complex work processes such as removing all materials from the shelves, greatly reducing handling, reducing labor, and improving work efficiency. One line can use two workers to complete the production line operation, and the operator only needs to replenish materials. As well as sheet metal logistics work. The loading and unloading of plates is completed by equipment.
